Sprayberry Lacrosse

Coaches I am going to ask you to not hold a practice this Sunday March 4th. We as the board are planning to hold a coaching/rules clinic for the parents. You are welcome to attend and join the parents in this practice. We have several new players and parents in our organization this spring and some have asked for some teaching themselves.

We plan to have the parent participate in the practicing by using their child's stick so they can understand the drills and techniques better. This will also allow them to relate to you as a coach and help them coach their own child at home.

We will send out an email to you and the team moms to distribute to your team about this event.

Please do not make any further announcements until we have sent you the formal email. I hope to have this to you later tonight or tomorrow before practice is scheduled to start.

Just so you know this will take place on Sunday from 12:30pm till 3:30 at noonday on field 4. I along with Tom Hesson will be conducting the clinic and Pat Lott will give some tips for agility and conditioning.
